Former Divas Champion Michelle McCool recently mentioned Maryse on her latest blog:

Maryse Tag Partner? : I wouldn’t go that far. I definitely will do what I’m told to do, which in last weeks’ case was tagging with Maryse. But, I wont’ say it was on my list of favorites. If you didn’t notice, she wasn’t very eager to get in and get physical. She was more worried about looking at herself than worrying about the match.

Soooo…..I started the match, did most of the work and tagged her in. She does the same two moves she was doing before she got hurt and then Eve starts taking it too her. There may have been tension between us, but I still HATE to lose. When Eve had her cornered, I took advantage and gave Eve a mean kick straight to the head. I knew she wasn’t getting up from that. Sometimes you just do what you have to do. Maryse capitalized, and in her head, probably thinks she “won it for us!” Oh well…I’m not finished with her just yet. Will I have to team with her again before I get my title rematch…maybe? I honestly don’t know. So on this topic of concern….to be continued!

The Divas Champion made her in-ring return on Smackdown this week in victorious fashion, which reminds us why she is holding the title and why she belongs on the Power 25.

EVE & MARIA vs. MICHELLE & DIVAS CHAMP MARYSE
Maryse enters the ring after McCool looking amazing in a new attire. I love the new pattern! Its great to finally see her back in the ring with her divas championship. Abit of tension between McCool and Maryse was shown as Maryse flipped her hair and displayed her divas championship, Right infront of McCool. The match started of with McCool and Maria. McCool had the upper hand for most of it until she chucked Maria out of the ring. McCool distracted the ref whilst Maryse went and started kicking Maria. McCool got out of the ring and chucked Maria in. They carried on doing abit of wrestling until McCool tagged in Maryse. Maryse came in and had the upper hand for most of it, doing her regular moves. Maria got the upper hand and managed to tag in Eve. Eve is a pretty good wrestler and works very well with Maryse. Eve had the upperhand until McCool kicked her off the top rope. Maryse smacked Maria right in the face sending her off the side of the ring then went for the pin on Eve.

Winners: McCool & Maryse
